When to come

November to February is the most comfortable. Pattaya gets rain in the wet season, roughly May to October, but it is usually less disruptive to plans than the Andaman monsoon.

Getting around on a hosted trip

Most hosted creators come by road from Bangkok in a private vehicle, which avoids a domestic flight. Transfers to agreed venues and piers are included.

Filming notes

• Beach clubs set their own rules on filming other guests, drones and age limits. Some sessions are 20+.
• Get consent before featuring identifiable people in nightlife content.
• The Sanctuary of Truth is a working site with restoration in progress; follow staff instructions on where you can film.
