No. Explera never provides flights, international or domestic. You book and pay for your flight to Thailand and any flight between bases, such as Bangkok to Phuket or Chiang Mai. Once you land, Explera covers your return airport transfer in a private licensed vehicle, your hotel and the agreed activities, according to your tier.

Hosted tiers start at 150,000 followers on your primary channel: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or an equivalent blog audience. Your count on that one channel decides the tier. Below 150,000 we still reply and look case by case, normally offering a single activity or tour without hotel or transfers.

Creators aged 18 or over with a primary channel, their own blog or website, and an audience that fits Thailand. We verify reach, engagement quality, audience geography, niche fit, recent content and that your website is live and yours. Bought followers, engagement pods or undisclosed past sponsorships end an application.

Yes, every applicant does, including Spotlight. It must be a website you own, not a social profile or link-in-bio page. You use it for the pre-trip announcement and for the post-trip blog post with a do-follow link to the Explera page for your experience, which stays useful long after social posts fade.

Your tier's hotel nights with breakfast, return airport transfers and the agreed activities in Thailand are complimentary. You pay for flights, visas, travel insurance, meals outside the plan and personal extras such as extra drinks, spa add-ons, souvenirs or upgrades nobody agreed. Explera does not pay cash fees for content.

On hosted tiers, yes. Rising includes one night at a three-star or equivalent hotel, and the higher tiers add nights and move up in class, up to five nights at a five-star or equivalent on Authority. Spotlight normally has no hotel. The exact hotel is confirmed in your itinerary before you travel.

Every post about the trip is disclosed clearly at the start, following the rules for your audience's country: FTC in the US, ASA and CMA in the UK, stealth-marketing rules in Japan, and so on. For Thai audiences, use a clear Thai-language or English disclosure at the start. The exact wording is written into your agreement.

After approval and before your first travel day, you publish a social post announcing you are travelling to Thailand with Explera, tagging @expleradmc, and a blog post on your own website announcing the trip and linking to the agreed Explera page. You submit both in the portal with URLs and screenshots; they are checked before travel.

No. The collaboration is non-exclusive. You can work with other brands, hotels or tourism boards before, during and after your Thailand trip, as long as each collaboration is disclosed properly. We only ask that the agreed deliverables are published and tagged as set out in your agreement.

No. We never script or pre-approve editorial content. We check only the agreed tags, links and disclosure, and we may ask for a factual correction, such as a wrong price or a safety detail. What you think of the trip, and how you edit it, is up to you.

Apply at least three weeks before you plan to travel. Once your agreement is signed, scheduling needs at least a week to confirm hotels, vehicles and boat seats. For Thailand's peak months, roughly November to April on the islands and around New Year, Chinese New Year and Songkran, more notice gives you better options.

One companion is usually allowed on day tours, if you agree it with us in advance and they are named in the itinerary. Whether their place is covered is confirmed in the itinerary. Their flights, insurance and personal extras are their own, and venue rules, including age limits at beach clubs, apply to them too.

Possibly, but plan carefully. Thailand generally requires camera drones to be registered with the aviation and telecoms authorities and covered by insurance, and many national parks, temples, palaces and areas near airports restrict or ban flights. Rules change and vary by site, so check them for each location and date. Explera cannot obtain drone permissions for you.

Cover shoulders and knees, remove shoes before entering temple buildings and keep your feet from pointing at Buddha images. Photography is banned in some interiors, and tripods may be restricted at busy sites. At the Grand Palace the dress code is strictly enforced. Ask before filming monks, and women should not touch them.

Tell us in the portal straight away. Boat trips are cancelled when the sea is rough, most often on the Andaman coast from May to October, and we try to move the activity or offer an alternative. Flight delays and cancellations are between you and your airline and insurer, which is why insurance is mandatory.

Your application data is used to assess and run your collaboration: verifying your channel, preparing your agreement and itinerary, and booking hotels and activities. Identity documents are requested only after approval and deleted after the retention period. Consents are separate and optional where the law allows. The privacy policy has the full detail.

Yes. Explera runs the same programme in Thailand, Japan, South Korea and Indonesia, and one account on the creator portal covers them all. Each destination reviews its own applications. Above five million followers, Bespoke trips can combine several countries; Signature and Authority trips can use more than one base within Thailand.

Submit each post in the portal with its URL and screenshots within 30 days of your last travel day. We verify the tags, links and disclosure and close the collaboration. Creators who deliver well, on time and honestly are invited back, often with a stronger offer next time.
