Deliverables & disclosure
Deliverables, disclosure and deadlines for Thailand collaborations
A typical Thailand collaboration asks for a pre-trip announcement, then a blog post with a do-follow link, a YouTube mention or segment, and at least three Instagram reels or story sets tagging @expleradmc with the venue geotag, published within 30 days of your last travel day. Every post is disclosed and proven in the portal with its URL and screenshots.
Before the trip: the announcement
Once you are approved, and before your first travel day, you publish two short announcements: a social post saying you are travelling to Thailand with Explera, tagging @expleradmc, and a blog post on your own website announcing the trip and linking to the agreed Explera page. Both are verified before the trip starts.
After the trip: typical deliverables
- A blog post on your own website with a do-follow link to the Explera page for the experience.
- A YouTube mention or segment, if YouTube is one of your channels.
- At least three Instagram reels or story sets tagging @expleradmc, with the venue geotag where agreed.
- Usage rights for Explera to repost your content with credit to you.
The exact list depends on your tier and your channels, and is written into your agreement. The official handle is @expleradmc on Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and Threads. Explera has no TikTok account, so TikTok posts need no Explera tag; the disclosure rules for your audience still apply to them.
When is it due?
All post-trip coverage is due within 30 days of your last travel day. If something outside your control delays a post, tell us in the portal before the deadline rather than after.
How do I submit proof?
Every deliverable, before and after the trip, is submitted in the creator portal with the live URL and at least one screenshot of the published post showing the @mention and the disclosure. We keep the screenshots as evidence because posts can be edited or deleted later.
How does disclosure work?
Hosted travel is a material connection, so every post is disclosed clearly and at the start, not buried in hashtags. The rules that apply depend on where your audience is, not where you film:
- United States: FTC Endorsement Guides.
- United Kingdom: ASA / CAP Code and CMA guidance.
- EU countries: national consumer-protection law; some countries, such as France and Germany, have specific rules or strict case law.
- Japan: stealth-marketing rules in force since October 2023; 「PR」 or 「広告」 shown clearly at the start.
- South Korea: KFTC guidelines on endorsement advertising; #협찬 and a disclosure line at the top.
- India: ASCI influencer guidelines and central consumer-protection guidance on endorsements.
- Thailand: a clear Thai-language or English disclosure at the start of the post.
The exact disclosure wording for your collaboration goes into your agreement. Treat this page as a summary, not legal advice.
Does Explera approve my content?
No. We check the agreed tags, links and disclosure, and may ask you to correct a factual error such as a wrong price or a safety detail. Your opinion, edit and voice are yours. We never ask for Google reviews.
